Dashboard - Truck Status Not Showing Correctly

For a little bit of background, it is important to know that the GPS shown in ACCU-POUR Office is pulled from the iPad. Having mentioned that, there could be a few things causing the truck location or status to not show in ACCU-POUR correctly.  

1. If the iPad dies or is turned off, the GPS will not be recorded properly. 

2. If the ACCU-POUR app is closed, then the GPS will not be recorded properly.

3. The ACCU-POUR app settings may not be configured properly on the iPad.

- Settings > Apps > Accu-Pour

- Make sure the settings are configured as shown below:

Other things to note: We are aware that the at-a-glance time on the Dashboard is incorrect, we will not be fixing this on the current iteration of ACCU-POUR but rather will be resolving this issue on ACCU-POUR 2.0 release. If you click on the mixer, and look at the location history, the time is correct there.
