How to troubleshoot ACCU-POUR Connection Issues

There are many things that could cause issues with the ACCU-POUR/Mixer Connection.

 

Background: 

The iPad uses cellular signal to send and receive information to/from ACCU-POUR Office. The iPad then communicates with the mixer via Bluetooth. If anything in this process does not work properly, you may not get the info back into Office as expected.

 

Start with the easiest to solve

1. Is the operator logged into the correct truck on the ACCU-POUR App?

2. Is the iPad connected to the mixer? (See explanations below)

Blue: Stable Connection (No data transfer is happening)
This means that you are connected, and may need to manually send the tickets you are trying to receive.

Gray: Sending/Receiving Data (Oftentimes this is mistaken for a black icon)
This means the iPad and Mixer are communicating.
To see how many tickets are sending, on the control panel home screen:
Ticket History > Unsent Tickets

Black: No Bluetooth Connection
